Availability
Every client who lists with Equitus Realty Group has full access to our team of agents. We call this group "Team Equitus" If the lead agent is busy, any of the Equitus agents are available to you to answer questions, or show your property. Things, like schedule conflicts, vacations, or illness have minimal impact on our ability to provide you with capable, responsive and quality service. Our model is simple. we will assign a lead agent as your point of contact. Additionally, you will be assigned an associate agent who will serve as backup. Both Agents will collaborate and coordinate marketing efforts for your property. In addition, these agents will also work as a team to help Buyer Clients locate, show and negotiate offers on properties. Having multiple experts working for you as a buyer, allows you to leverage the market, and lifestyle expertise required to secure the optimal property.
Value
