After a successful 35-year career as a sales and marketing executive in the Telecommunications and Marketing Automation Software industries, Dean Brown combined his business acumen with his passion for lifestyle real estate to help sellers thrive in today’s digital-first market. Leveraging his deep expertise in internet strategy, social media, and cutting-edge digital marketing technologies, Dean ensures that every property he represents gains maximum visibility and appeal.

Dean’s transition into real estate began in East Texas, where he owned and operated a 25-acre ranch. This experience gave him firsthand insight into the value and nuances of lifestyle properties. He quickly found his niche selling lakefront, farm & ranch, and unique residential homes, helping clients navigate the emotional and financial aspects of their transactions with confidence and care.

Dean is known for delivering high-touch, high-value service. His clients benefit from his strong background in business, negotiation, and marketing — but also from his hands-on approach. Dean lives with his wife of over 44 years, Rebecca, in Holly Lake Ranch, TX. Deeply rooted in his community, Dean is active in his church and takes immense joy in spending time with his four children and nine grandchildren.
