After a successful 35 year career in the Telecommunications and Marketing Automation Software business, Dean decided to leverage his abilities as a marketing sale executive with his passion for lifestyle real estate to help sellers to be more effective with with the use of the internet, social networks and the latest digital marketing technology to boost the visibility and desirability of their homes. He became a Realtor® and quickly found success in East Texas where he owned and operated a 25 acre ranch and then started selling lifestyle properties consisting of lakefront, farm & ranch and residential properties. Dean delivers high touch, high value services to his clients. These services go above and beyond. His clients benefit from his business experience, negotiation expertise and his background as a marketeer. He helps his sellers to connect with buyers in ways that go beyond just listing their property. He helps clients do what it takes to stage their properties, do minor repairs, provide contacts for all kinds of projects from home repair and renovation, to building, putting in water-wells, septic tanks, ponds and lakes, roads, and docks. Dean lives with his wife of over 41 years Rebecca in McKinney and is active in his church and community, and with his 4 children and 10 grandchildren who are the joy of his life.
