Managing PartnerA Dallas native, Cal graduated from Baylor University with an Accounting degree. After a successful career as CFO of a construction company Cal entered into the world of Real Estate. Initially on the commercial side of things Cal transitioned into the residential market in 2007. Persistent without being pushy Cal utilizes many of the analytical and negotiating skills that he honed in the corporate world to also make certain that his clients get the best possible results whether buying or selling. “Integrity is a must. I don’t sugar coat things or tell my clients what they want to hear just to get the business.” This straightforward approach has helped Cal sell homes for many of his clients in less than 30 days – some less than a week!
